Green Footprint Tracker – Sustainability Web Application Green Footprint Tracker is a sustainability-focused web platform designed to help companies measure, evaluate, and improve their environmental impact. The system provides a practical and user-friendly interface that guides businesses through 10 key sustainability metrics, selected from a comprehensive 16-point rubric. These metrics include vital areas such as renewable energy usage, waste reduction, sustainable packaging, and more. Each company self-assesses their performance annually using a simple scoring system based on Red (0 points), Amber (5 points), and Green (10 points) levels for each measure. The total score reflects the company’s overall green performance, with a maximum of 100 points. For any shortfall in points, the platform allows companies to purchase green vouchers—monetary donations contributing to eco-friendly initiatives like tree planting or support for global sustainability programs (e.g. UNESCO). These donations not only offset lower performance but also support wider environmental goals. Companies receive a digital Certificate of Achievement graded as Gold, Silver, or Bronze based on their total score, promoting accountability and encouraging continuous improvement. The platform also provides a dashboard to view achievements, track progress, and promote the company’s green credentials. 👉 Note: To gain access to the platform, users must register their company details and complete a payment through the PayPal Sandbox environment. Only after successful payment will the registration be finalized and full access to the account and sustainability features be granted. This platform promotes Good Corporate Citizenship, enabling transparency, awareness, and recognition for companies striving to make greener choices.
